The Cowboys play in a retractable-roof stadium in Arlington. Roof closes for extreme heat early and cold late. Roof-open games are more common in mid-season stretches with moderate temperatures.

Division road environments

NFC East road trips into Philadelphia cold, Washington mid-Atlantic, and MetLife Meadowlands wind. Late-season NFC East road games are the largest environmental contrast.

For DFS and bettors

Roof status is the day-of-game leverage. Assume closed for high above 90 or low below 45. Roof-open Cowboys games are where wind and precipitation actually matter.
